Reservation Policy

Reservations:

Monkey Bay Marina does accept reservations. To reserve a slip we will invoice you for first month dockage. If you arrive mid month the balance will be applied to the following month and the remainder will be prorated. When selecting an arrival date we recognize it will not be exact. If you arrive early we will do our best to accomodate you. If arriving late we will hold the slip up to 30 days. After that time the payment will be applied to the slip.

Invocining:

At the marina the dockage is invoiced and paid ahead and electricity and amenities are invoiced and paid in arrears. For example 1 May you will recieve an invoice for May dockage and for electricity consumed in April. All invoices will be in US$. We accept various forms of payment via Paypal, Zelle, Venmo and wire transfer. We also accept payments in Euro. All the details are contained in the invoice.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before ETA will be refunded the deposit, less any banking fees. Cancellations within 30 to 15 days will receive a refund if the slip has been filled by a new client. Cancellations less that 15 days will not see a refund.
