The kitchen and its appliances (stove, grill, ice maker, fridge, etc.) are for the boaters to enjoy, but also for the boaters to maintain and keep clean. The marina does not clean this area, except for sweeping the floor. If needed, the marina will clean the kitchen area and appliances, and back charge the current guests for the work.

We welcome your pets, but they are under your care and responsibility. It is the pet/dog owners responsibility to clean up after them, and to repair or pay for any damage done by them, be it buildings or gardens. The caretaker cleans up after our dogs, but not after yours. You also need to be able to produce vaccination papers on demand. If you do not follow our rules, we will not allow your dogs on the properties.

The genset is there to provide backup power for an hour or two during the morning and/or afternoon if there should be a power failure. How often the unit is run is up to the manager, in consultation with the owner.

Our water system is well maintained, but may fail, and will be repaired as soon as possible. The water of the Río Dulce may turn slightly salty during extreme drought conditions, which is unusual, but may occur. We are not responsible for these acts of god and the continued availability of potable water during these times.

The Wifi System
The Marina's wifi is a shared resource which has its limits for bandwidth and speed. It is available for average use of web-surfing and social media. Not for downloading and/or streaming gigabytes of data. Excessive users will be blocked.
